VALORA MEDICAL GROUP EXPANDS REACH WITH ACQUISITION OF GP HEALTH CLINIC IN ARLINGTON, TX

Arlington, TX – Valora Medical Group is excited to announce the acquisition of GP Health Clinic, led by Dr. Sam W. Gao, in Arlington, TX. This strategic addition underscores Valora's commitment to expanding access to quality healthcare in underserved communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

As part of this acquisition, GP Health Clinic will merge with Valora Medical Group’s current clinic in Arlington, located at 1250 E. Pioneer Pkwy. Dr. Sam W. Gao, a board-certified family medicine physician with over 18 years of experience, will join Dr. Jenny Olivo at this location. Dr. Gao is well-regarded for his dedication to the community, particularly in serving the Asian American population. His addition strengthens Valora Medical Group’s ability to provide culturally competent care, offering services in Mandarin and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients.
